Thank you to those of you who have already run a test transaction through the Donate Now button on your organization’s profile. We have changed the receipt correction process since last year (an updated version of the Nonprofit Toolkit reflects this update).
You no longer need to email us to make changes to the receipt address and contact information. You can now log in to the Click & Pledge portal to update the address and contact information that shows up on the donation receipt.
- Log in to https://portal.clickandpledge.com and choose Account Info in the upper right portion of the screen.
- You will be on the Your Profile tab.
- Choose the Edit option beside each section that needs to be updated.
- Make your change and choose Update to save your changes.

Haven’t run a test transaction yet? Please run a small credit card donation through your organization’s Donate Now button (if you do not see the credit card option, your Click & Pledge link has not been added yet or you have not completed the application process). You should get a receipt via email. Review the receipt and see the steps above if you need to make any changes to the contact information. If you do not receive a receipt, please check your junk mail folder.
Please continue to submit your profile updates. We are busily reviewing and posting your changes. If your profile is new or you have just completed the Click & Pledge signup process, we will notify you via email when your changes are live. We appreciate your patience as we assist over 1600 organizations as we all prepare for the big day. The deadline for profile updates is April 15 but we encourage you to submit them as soon as possible.
